Being highly rated with great reviews, this place has been intriguing. Despite not mandatory, highly recommended to make reservations as they could get busy on weekends and some groups even had dinner feast so the turnaround could be slow. They had live band playing when we visited, which wasn’t that common here. The servers were all super friendly and helpful, further elevating the experience. We started with their Lumpiang Sariwa, basically mixed veggies wrap served in nut sauce. Luscious way to enjoy healthy meal. If you’re in the boat of rice is non-negotiable, their Crab Fried Rice’s recommended. Relatively simple seasoning yet generous crab meat and fish roe toppings, making it good companion to other entrees. We went for their top entrees, Grilled Chicken Inasal and Lechon Belly Sisig. The chicken was okay to me, but the lechon or pork belly shouldn’t be missed. Served on sizzling hot plate with fried egg, it’s so flavorful with the seasoning well complemented the juicy meat. We did go for extra round of desserts, from which I’d say the ice cream was okay to skip but rhe Pistachio Sans Rival Cake was top-notch. It’s nothing like your regular sponge cake, carrying flawles

Manila Inasal was a great find. I ordered the lunch special with beef tapa and also tried the pork sisig, and both were excellent. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The beef was tender and well seasoned, and the sisig had that perfect balance of richness, texture, and bold flavor that makes it so satisfying. Every dish felt thoughtfully made and full of flavor. I was very happy with the meal and will definitely come back. If you’re looking for well-made Filipino food that delivers on quality and taste, Manila Inasal is absolutely worth trying.

Manila Inasal is hospitality at its finest! The owner comes around and checks in on the table and has many stories to share. He shared how they started as a small hole in the wall place and slowly expanded to this restaurant and how they have exciting things planned for their future menu. He goes over what adaptations they made to certain classic dishes. He will even surprise you and share his other talents as there is a framed sheet of music on the wall that he composed. There is a small stage where they have a live music playing. The night friends and I went, there was a woman playing the guitar and singing. The ambiance is a mixture of being transported to Manila but also sitting in mom’s kitchen all in one. Now to the food! We tried several recommended dishes and they did not disappoint. My favorite was the fried milkfish and the accompanying spicy sauces! So good!! I will suggest to keep in mind flavor profiles and balance in the meal. As delicious as everything was, or maybe because we just ordered so many things, flavor profiles started being heavy and too rich. I would definitely recommend getting the calamansi juice! It is super refreshing! And save room for de

This is probably the most authentic Filipino Food our family have had since we moved here 10 years ago. The food was definitely made with love like how you would get it from your mom or auntie’s cooking. There’s a certain warmth in that first bite where it transports you back in the Philippines. The staff and co-owners were also very friendly and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We’re only visiting SoCal but if you’re looking for a place to make you feel like home, or if you’re looking into trying Filipino food, this is definitely the place to go. We’re already excited and planning to come back here next time we’re in the area!
